Plaster Primer Enhancing Adherence
DESCRIPTION
It is an acrylic emulsion-based, dull, transparent plaster primer which is used to enhance adherence, and can be applied on all water-based plaster surfaces.
PROPERTIES
It increases the adherence of the application plaster by reducing the absorbency of the surface. It ensures that materials to be applied are fully attached to surfaces. It is solvent free.

AREAS OF USE
It is applied on suitably prepared plaster surfaces on the inner surfaces of all buildings.

It is easy to prepare and apply. It is ready for use. It offers high adherence for plaster-applied surfaces. It is resistant to water and frost. It is not impacted from thermal differences.
INSTRUCTIONS FOR USE
Dust, swollen coats, dirt, oil, etc. present on application surfaces must be cleaned from the surface. Plaster-applied surfaces must be cleaned thoroughly.
If application is to be made on a new plaster-applied surface, then the surface is required to get dry. EKOKAT PRIMER ADD – G should be mixed thoroughly before application. EKOKAT PRIMER ADD – G should be diluted with water at the ratio of 1/7 by volume and mixed well until it becomes homogenous. It should be applied as a single coat by means of a brush, a roll, or a spraying system. A rest time of at least 6 hours should be allowed between coats for application of the final coat of paint and coating material. The ambient temperature and the temperature of the application surface should be at least +5oC during the application as well as for at least 24 hours thereafter. Application tools should be washed with water immediately after use.

STORAGE CONDITIONS AND SHELF LIFE
No more than three buckets should be placed on top of each other in their unopened original packaging, in a cool and dry environment. Shelf life is 12 months from date of production under suitable storage conditions.
SAFETY MEASURES
Work clothes, protective gloves, goggles and masks suitable for workers health and safety should be used during the application. Due to irritant effects of uncured material, it should be washed with plenty of water and soap immediately in case of contact with skin and eyes. If swallowed, seek medical advice immediately. No food and drink should be brought into application areas. Store it out of reach of children. Please refer to the safety data sheet for further information.
