AIRCON PLR

DESCRIPTION

The product is a cement-based, high performance fiber-reinforced, elastic gas concrete plaster mortar containing special mineral aggregates of a special size and chemical additives enhancing product performance.

It conforms to TS EN 998/2 standard.

TECHNICAL SPECIFICATIONS

AREAS OF USE

It is used for plastering of gas concrete and other similar structures with high water absorption in connection with interior and exterior plaster works of buildings.

It is easy to prepare and apply. It gives proper working time. It does not lead to drift at vertical applications. It has high adhesion properties.

INSTRUCTIONS FOR USE

About 5.5-6 liters of water is poured into a clean container that is prepared for mixing EKOKAR AIRCON - PLR. Dry mortar contained in the 25 kg bag is then added to the water and mixed well with a low speed mixer or trowel until the lumps are dissolved. It is allowed to rest for 5 minutes and then mixed for another 2 minutes. The gas concrete is thoroughly moistened before application. The prepared mortar is applied to the surface with a special steel trowel.

25 kg PE reinforced craft bags.

64 shrink bags on one palette (110x110 cm). 

STORAGE CONDITIONS AND SHELF LIFE

No more than two palettes should be placed on top of each other in their unopened original packaging, in a cool and dry environment. Shelf life is 12 months from date of production under suitable storage conditions.

SAFETY MEASURES

Work clothes, protective gloves, goggles and masks suitable for workers health and safety should be used during the application. Due to irritant effects of uncured material, it should be washed with plenty of water and soap immediately in case of contact with skin and eyes. If swallowed, seek medical advice immediately. No food and drink should be brought into application areas. Store it out of reach of children. Please refer to the safety data sheet for further information.
