AREAS OF USE
Thea product is used on horizontal and vertical concrete surfaces, field concretes, airports, concrete road applications, and canal and canalette concretes.
BENEFITS
It is easy to apply. It reduces the shrinkage cracks in the surface, which are caused by the fast drying process. As an alternative to the irrigation method and similar curing methods, it is more effective and economical. It provides a harder and dust-free surface.
INSTRUCTIONS FOR USE
The application should be performed following the application of concrete and surface hardener, after the concrete surface has set enough so that it would not deteriorate, after the water contained in the concrete surface has been evaporated, and immediately after the molds have been removed, and before the formation of the joints. The material should be thoroughly shaken before use. In case of applications performed using a brush or roll, the concrete must have set enough to prevent damage to the concrete surface. In spraying applications, a fine layer of equal thickness is sprayed onto the material surface. To ensure effective curing at exterior spaces and windy environments, the second layer can be applied 6 hours after the application of the first coat. After curing applications performed at exterior spaces, the concrete surface should be protected from external factors such as rain and snow for 2-3 hours. The concrete surface must be cleaned from the curing material for subsequent applications that are to be performed on the cured concrete. The material can be cleaned by pouring hot water and brushing it.
