  • Fireproof (A1 class)
  • Practical and fast application
  • Suitable for manual and machine applications
  • Lightweight

INSTRUCTIONS FOR USE

The application surface should be clean, free of dust and grease, strong and moist. Cracks and holes must be completely repaired prior to the application. The surface must be smooth. Before the application, the surface must be absolutely humidified and must be saturated with water under very hot and windy weather conditions. It should be primed with EKOKAT EKOASTAR at least 24 hours before applying glossy surfaces such as gross concrete, and surfaces with high water absorbency.

A bag of 16 kg EKOKAT Insulated Interior Wall Plaster should be mixed with an average of 12,5-13,5 liters of water in a plastering machine, and the mortar so prepared must be applied by spraying. In manual applications, the mixture must be prepared using a low revolving mixer in accordance with the mixing times specified, and applied to the surface with a steel trowel. The application thickness should be between 15 mm and 20 mm. Depending on climatic conditions, starting one day after application, the surface will be watered in the shade twice in the morning and evening for at least 3 days.

No foreign materials should be added into the mortar. Each bag should be used as a whole and attention should be paid to the water ratios specified. Plaster nets should be used at different material joints and at points where movement may be possible. After application, all tools used should be washed with water before drying. The stated times are valid at a surface and ambient temperature of 20 ° C. The time is shortened at high temperatures and extended at low temperatures.

Do not apply above 35 ° C or below + 5 ° C. Avoid application under very humid and / or very hot weather conditions. Strong wind and direct sunshine should be avoided. It should not be applied on surfaces that are frozen, melted, or exposed to rain or frost within the last 24 hours.
