AREAS OF USE

It is applied to gross concrete, brick, pumice, gas concrete, concrete, briquette, and ceiling surfaces at exterior spaces.

BENEFITS

It is easy and fast to apply with a machine. It gives proper working time. It has high adhesion properties. It is resistant to freeze-thaw cycling. It can be applied as both coarse and fine plaster in a single coat.

INSTRUCTIONS FOR USE

Dust, swollen coats, dirt, oil, etc. present at application areas must be cleaned from the surface. The surface should be clean, smooth, and sound. Before the application, the surface must be moistened and saturated with water under very hot and windy weather conditions. On gas concrete applied walls, it should be applied as a pre-spread plaster at least 3 days before application. At smooth, shiny concrete surfaces such as gross concrete, and etc., it is mixed with EKOKAT CONCRETE ADD – A at the ratio of 1/3, and then applied as a pre-spread material. The application is started after drying of the surface. 25 kg of EKOKAT PLASTER EXTO-H is poured into 5-5.5 liters of clean water and mixed with a low speed mixer until a homogeneous mixture is obtained. It should be allowed to rest for 5 minutes and then mixed for another 1-2 minutes. The plaster is applied to the surface with a steel trowel with an application thickness of 1 to 2 cm in a single coat. If more thickness is desired, another application is performed with a thickness of 2-3 cm after the first coat has been set. The second coat is applied on the first coat upon drying. The surface is jigged. When the plaster is hardened enough, the plaster surface is treated and the desired surface is obtained with a damp sponge. The surface should be irrigated at regular intervals for 7 days in order for the plaster to be cured after application.

It should be waited for at least 28 days before application on EKOKAT PLASTER EXTO- H. Do not apply above 35 ° C or below + 5 ° C. It should not be applied under very humid and / or hot weather conditions, or onto such surfaces that are being melted or are subject to the danger of frost within 24 hours.

NOTE: Foreign materials such as lime, cement, plaster, and sand should not be added to the prepared plaster.
