AREAS OF USE

The product is used for the repair of plasters of historical buildings, for the repair of natural stone, brick, and wall seas, for the repair of interior and exterior plasters, and for the repair of restoration surfaces.

BENEFITS

Thanks to its special formulation, it works in the same mechanics as traditional mortars, making it the most suitable material for restoration works. It is easy to prepare and apply. It does not lead to drift at vertical applications. It has high adhesion properties. It can be colored.

INSTRUCTIONS FOR USE

The surfaces of historic buildings to be repaired and plastered must be sound, dust free, and clean. Any residues that would prevent adhesion on the surface should be cleaned. 25 kg of EKOKAT PLASTER RESTO - H is slowly poured into 6-6.5 liters of clean water and then mixed with a low speed (e.g. 400-600 rpm) mixer. The lump-free and homogenous mortar is allowed to rest for 5 minutes and then mixed again before application. The mortar is applied with a trowel so that the thickness would be 1-2 cm. The mortar is allowed to run dry. Water is spread on the mortar with a plaster brush, and then the surface is treated with a wooden or steel trowel in the desired manner. After application under hot weather, windy, and direct sunlight conditions, the surface should be cured for at least 2 days (with wet sacks or water). In case of exterior applications, the surface must be protected from rain and frost.
